Since its establishment in 2011 in the town of Weston, Florida, Entretapas Restaurant has captivated palates with its distinctive Spanish style, upholding culinary traditions while inviting families and friends to relish an atmosphere filled with exquisite food and vibrant music.

Now, in 2023, a new chapter begins. Entretapas evolved into Entretapas by Sr. Ceviche, representing a harmonious fusion of Spanish and Peruvian culinary styles, and celebrating the rich heritage inherent in this blend of cultures.

The genesis of Mr. Ceviche lies in Peru's diverse culinary landscape. Executive Chefs Alonso Jordán and his father, Eduardo, embarked on a culinary journey fueled by their passion for traditional Peruvian cuisine. In June 2013, Sr. Ceviche was established in South Florida. Within a year, it had garnered acclaim, including the prestigious accolade of “Best Traditional Ceviche in Florida.”
